Cabin Rental Policies    

Policies for the Three Bears Lodge Cabin Rentals

  • For all reservations excluding Christmas, Spring Break, and Holiday Weekends, a credit card is required to hold your reservation.  However, it will not be run until the day of your check in.  The exceptions being:
    • You cancel with less than 14 days notice before your check in date (1 night charge will apply)
    • You fail to cancel and do not show up (in this case, your credit card will be run for the full amount of the booked visit)
  • No refunds for early check-outs.
  • Reservations in July, August, and on certain holiday/event weekends require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
  • For any reservation of more than one (1) cabin (family reunions, company trips, etc), we require 50% down at the time of booking, and the remaining 50% is due upon check-in. 
  • Christmas reservations require a credit card to hold the reservation with half of your total charges due at time of reservation.  The remainder must be paid in full by November 1st.
  • Spring Break reservations require a credit card to hold the reservation with half of your total charges due by October1st (or at the time of booking if reservation made after October1st).  They must be paid in full by February 1st.
  • No Smoking is permitted in the units.
  • No Pets: Pets are not allowed anywhere on the property (rooms, porches, and/or vehicles).  A cleaning fee of $250.00 is charged for violating this policy, and you will be asked to leave with no refund.  

Refund Policy:
In the event that you cancel a reservation we will refund 80% of any deposit paid if, and only if, the unit is re-booked for the same dates and length of stay.  The refund will be applied to the credit card that was used to hold the reservation. You will be informed via email regarding all refunds.  We are unable to provide any refund due to a cancellation request based on inclement weather.
