Policies for the Three Bears Lodge Cabin Rentals

Check-Out Time: 10am
 
  • For all reservations we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due upon check-in (except Christmas and Spring Break reservations).
  • Christmas reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, and the remaining balance must be paid in full by November 1st.
  • Spring Break reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, and the remaining balance must be paid in full by February 1st.
  • If you fail to cancel and do not show up, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the booked visit.
  • No refunds for early check-outs.
  • No Smoking is permitted in the units.
  • No Pets: Pets are not allowed anywhere on the property (rooms, porches, and/or vehicles).  A cleaning fee of $250.00 is charged for violating this policy, and you will be asked to leave with no refund.  

Refund Policy:
In the event that you cancel a reservation we will refund 80% of any deposit paid if, and only if, the unit is re-booked for the same dates and length of stay.  The refund will be applied to the credit card that was used to hold the reservation. You will be informed via email regarding all refunds.  We are unable to provide any refund due to a cancellation request based on inclement weather.
