COVID-19 Information

Changes to keep us all safe during COVID-19

1.  Check-In will not be face to face.  Upon arrival at the lodge, you will find an envelope on the main office door with your    name and cabin number.  Inside you will find room keys, a map with directions to your cabins, and a check-in/COVID-19 instruction sheet to be signed. 

• If paying by credit card, your balance will be charged on your planned arrival day, and your receipts will be in the envelope.
• If you are paying by check or cash, please place your payment in the envelope provided.
• Please place your envelope with your signed COVID-19 instruction sheet (and cash or check payment if applicable) and drop it in the box to the right of the office door. 
• A contact phone number is posted on the door so that you can reach us.

2.  NO EARLY CHECK-INS - In order to give our staff sufficient time to complete a thorough cleaning without being rushed, we will not be allowing ANY early check-ins.  Please plan to arrive after 3PM Mountain time, in acccordance with the check-in policy.

3.  You will be asked to sign a statement that neither you nor anyone in your group is currently ill, and has not knowingly been exposed to the COVID-19 virus.

We support all the safety measures enacted by the State of New Mexico.  Please be considerate of the safety for all staff and all fellow guests at the lodge.
